Campus Pointe is a mixed-use development currently under construction within the California State University, Fresno Campus. TJKM was retained by the Campus Pointe developer, Lance-Kashian & Company to provide various traffic engineering and design services, including:
- Peer Review of the EIR traffic impact analysis
- Parking and internal site circulation review
- Average Trip Length analysis for the residential component of the development
- Roadway geometric analysis
- Roundabout geometric analysis and entry/exit speed calculations
- PS&E for signal modifications at the intersections of Chestnut Ave. with Shaw Ave. and Chestnut Ave. with Bullard Ave.
The Campus Pointe development is one of the first projects nationwide to propose a mixed-used commercial development within a university setting. Campus Pointe visitors will experience shopping, dining, learning, entertainment, business and life all within walking distance of Fresno State.
