Christopher is a Senior Associate at TJKM, concentrating in managing large, complex projects. He graduated from Stanford University with a Master’s degree in Transportation Infrastructure Planning and Management and earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Christopher is a registered traffic engineer in California and a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
Christopher has served as project manager on many large multi-use projects in northern California, including the Mountain House community and other new towns in the San Joaquin Valley. He was the project manager for the City of Palo Alto’s traffic signal hardware upgrade feasibility study and ITS implementation plan studies. Christopher is also a question writer for the traffic engineering portion of the professional engineer’s exam for the Professional Engineers Board. His expertise includes arterial and freeway corridor studies, context sensitive roadway design, traffic calming, impact studies, circulation plan, safety audits, signal timing, and general plan roadway policies and programs.
