Beginning in 1985 and continuing today, TJKM serves as staff traffic engineers for the City of Dublin. In this role, TJKM works directly with the City Public Works Director, the City Traffic Engineer and the Traffic Safety Committee to address traffic safety and circulation issues. TJKM provides citywide and project specific traffic impact fee studies, traffic signal designs, street and intersection signing and striping plans, speed surveys, project on-site circulation and parking review, citywide traffic accident monitoring, traffic count monitoring, capital improvement project planning, operation and design studies and traffic investigations for citizen inquiries. TJKM also has extensive in-the-field experience with timing City of Dublin traffic signals.
TJKM’s expert staff (several have previously served as city or county traffic engineers) is regularly asked to provide on-call services to agencies resulting in nearly 20 on-call traffic engineering contracts.
