City of Vacaville Downtown Parking Study Update

City of Vacaville Selects TJKM to Complete an Update of their Downtown Parking Study

TJKM is undertaking an update of the City of Vacaville’s Downtown Parking Study and Transportation Master Plan. TJKM’s study process will include:

• A complete inventory of the downtown area’s public parking supply, including on- and off-street parking
• Developing projected supply and demand based on current inventory
• Identifying long-term parking needs and peak demands
• Developing, conducting and analyzing results of a Downtown stakeholders survey
• Reviewing and analyzing the current Land Use data and Development Parking Codes

TJKM will present its findings and recommendations for the Vacaville Parking Study and Transportation Master Plan to members of the Downtown Vacaville Business Improvement District, the City of Vacaville Development Team, the Housing & Redevelopment Commission, the City Council and the Vacaville Planning Commission.
