Freeway Operations

TJKM has conducted studies on all of the major freeways within the nine-county San Francisco Bay Area and many freeways in the Central Valley since 1974. We provide study and design services for freeways using the latest in computer modeling technology. Our engineers thoroughly analyze existing and forecasted conditions to determine the best strategies for improving freeway congestion and safety.

We offer the following services:
