Faced with more traffic work than they could handle with their current staffing, El Cerrito utilizes the services of TJKM in an on-call agreement that includes the review of traffic surveys, traffic counts, traffic analysis, traffic impact studies, circulation plans, general plan updates, parking studies, deficiency plans, traffic signal facility design plans, traffic timing plans, stop sign warrants, traffic calming issues, pedestrian and bicycle circulation issues, crash data, grant submittal applications, and attendance at public hearings. TJKM has recently identified traffic calming measures for several neighborhoods in the City.
