Jose is a Senior Associate and TJKM’s Fresno branch manager. He graduated from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering. Jose is a registered traffic engineer and a registered civil engineer in California. He is also a land surveyor in-training in California.
Jose’s expertise is in traffic operations, traffic planning, traffic signals, geometric design, and traffic studies. Prior to joining TJKM, he served as the Traffic Manager for the City of Fresno directing all aspects of traffic planning and traffic operations for the City. With TJKM, Jose is coordinating traffic signal design and timing, overseeing the preparation of traffic impact analyses of new major development projects, conducting major traffic corridor studies, preparing neighborhood and school area traffic studies, evaluating arterials and freeways, and providing general traffic engineering assistance to local agencies.
