TJKM specializes in on-call traffic engineering contracts and currently provides on-call traffic engineering services to numerous California agencies. Our extensive experience with on-call traffic engineering contracts provides us the necessary resources to be successful serving in an on-call fashion as staff extensions for transportation, planning and public works departments. Sometimes, when an agency is “in between” staff members, TJKM gets the call to fill in. In other cases, we provide support to over-worked staff members, and on occasion, we are brought in to conduct a specific project. We are able to provide staff members on-site, where required, or more usually through a combination of working in the agency offices and in TJKM facilities.
