TJKM Selected for City of Pleasanton’s Traffic Development Impact Fee Update

TJKM is preparing an update of the City of Pleasanton’s Traffic Development Impact Fee (TDIF) structure. As part of this fee study, TJKM will:

• Select specific projects to be included in the 2008 TDIF
• Determine other available funding sources for the specific projects included in the 2008 TDIF
• Calculate the Traffic Development Impact Fees by Land Use category
• Prepare both Draft and Final reports
• Present the nexus finding and recommendations of the study to the City Council, Planning Commission and other stakeholder groups

TJKM has conducted similar traffic impact fee studies for the Cities of Lathrop, Livermore, Los Altos, Menlo Park, and the Counties of Contra Costa and Mendocino.
