Our current team of modelers, led by Christopher Thnay, P.E., AICP, has in-depth knowledge of the major transportation modeling software packages including CUBE, EMME/2, TP+/Viper, and TransCAD, through hands-on experience and intense literature reviews and research. TJKM has created citywide traffic models for several California jurisdictions, including Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore, Patterson, Tuolumne County and for the San Joaquin Council of Governments. We utilize models to determine traffic impacts for hundreds of our projects.
